our programs are designed to cover all the requirements needed to receive your program recognition (badge, belt loop or pin). Proof of completion will be signed off after Scouts have completed all requirements. If a Scout still has requirements remaining following the program completion that day, the Counselor will review the requirements that need to be worked on with the Scout. When requirements are complete, send a self-addressed/stamped envelope, proof of completion and documentation to Jurupa Mountains Discovery Center. Your Counselor will review the material sent, provide feedback as needed, sign your card when requirements are met and mail back documentation to you in the self-addressed and stamped envelope you provide.
